RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment

At ZOVIQ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. This Return & Refund Policy clearly outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for our customers in the United Arab Emirates.

⏱  Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

 

2. Eligible Return Cases

We accept return and refund requests ONLY in the following situations:

✔  Accepted Cases:

 You received a damaged or defective product

 You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)

 The product is missing parts or accessories as described

 The item was significantly different from the product description

✘  NOT Accepted Cases:

 Change of mind or no longer wanting the product

 Product has been used, assembled, or altered

 Return request made after 7 days of delivery

 Missing original packaging without valid reason

 Damage caused by misuse or improper handling by customer

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

��  Important: Photos or video evidence of the damaged/wrong item is REQUIRED to process your return request. Requests without proof cannot be approved.

 

4. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, we offer the following resolution options:

4.1 Replacement

We will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost. Replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

4.2 Full Refund

Since ZOVIQ operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are processed as follows:

 Bank transfer to your UAE bank account

 Cash refund arranged via our delivery partner (in select cases)

 Store credit for future purchases (optional)

Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after return approval.

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

As we operate exclusively on COD basis:

 No payment is collected until your order is delivered

 You have the right to inspect the product before paying

 If you notice visible damage upon delivery, you may REFUSE the package — no payment needed

 Please inform our delivery partner immediately if you choose to refuse the package

��  Tip: Always inspect your package in front of the delivery person. If the outer packaging is damaged, take photos before opening.

 

6. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for return or refund:

 Items returned without prior approval from ZOVIQ

 Products returned after the 7-day return window

 Used, worn, washed, or assembled products

 Products damaged due to customer misuse

 Personal hygiene products (once opened/used)

 Items without original packaging or accessories

 

7. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

 ZOVIQ will arrange and cover the cost of return pickup for damaged/wrong items

 Our team will coordinate the pickup time with you via WhatsApp

 Do NOT ship items back without receiving return approval first
