By using ZOVIQ, you confirm that:

 You are a resident of or located in the United Arab Emirates

 You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

 

3. Products & Listings

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product information, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or images are 100% accurate. Slight variations may exist due to screen display settings.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

 Limit quantities of any product

 Discontinue any product at any time without notice

 Substitute a product with an equal or better alternative (with customer approval)

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price you will pay.

 

4. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on ZOVIQ:

 You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS

 Our team may contact you to verify order details before dispatch

 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion

 An order is only confirmed once our team sends a dispatch notification

4.2 Cash on Delivery Policy

ZOVIQ operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means:

 No payment is required at the time of placing your order

 Payment is collected in cash upon successful delivery of your order

 You have the right to inspect the package before making payment

 If you choose to refuse the package, no payment will be collected

⚠️  Repeated order cancellations after dispatch may result in your account being flagged or blocked from future orders.

4.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time BEFORE it is dispatched for delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — however, you may refuse the delivery upon arrival.

 

5. Delivery & Shipping

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

5.2 Delivery Timeframe

 Standard delivery: 2–5 business days within the UAE

 Remote or rural areas may require additional time

 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

5.3 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the order will be cancelled and returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

5.4 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

 Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

 Being reachable on the provided phone number during delivery

 Collecting your order within the agreed delivery window

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.zoviq.store — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, text, graphics, and website design — is the property of ZOVIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

 Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from our website

 Use our brand name or logo without written permission

 Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website using automated tools

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree NOT to:

 Place fraudulent or fake orders

 Provide false personal information

 Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

 Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website

 Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or delivery partners

 Exploit pricing errors or technical glitches to obtain products unfairly

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ZOVIQ shall not be liable for:

 Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website

 Delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events

 Loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

 Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your personal information

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

 

9. Third-Party Services

Our website is powered by Shopify Inc. and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

 The content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites

 Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party services

 Delivery services provided by our logistics partners

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Returns & Refunds
